Android TV
Download the Cignal Play app directly on the television, sign in, and retrieve the subscriber account number shown in the app.
Non-Android TV
Purchase the Cignal Play TV box separately for ₱2,990. The TV box is equipment only and is not included in the monthly bundle.
TV box payment options
Installment lock-in applies only when financing the TV box balance, not to customers who do not use a TV-box installment.

₱500 down
Then ₱498 per month for 5 months, added to the selected plan. 8-month lock-in.
3-month installment
₱500 down
Then ₱830 per month for 3 months, added to the selected plan. 6-month lock-in.
Complete your activation
Cliantech needs the Cignal Play subscriber account number to finish processing.
Install and sign in
Open the Cignal Play app on Android TV or through the Cignal Play TV box and sign in.
Get the account number
Locate and copy the subscriber account number displayed in the Cignal Play app.
Send it to Cliantech
Message the subscriber account number to Cliantech on Messenger or provide it at your nearest branch for processing.
